From 0 to $20k MRR in the first month

Hey there,

Most app founders pay influencers upfront, hope the content performs, and end up with nothing to show for it.

George did the opposite from day one.

When I interviewed George on my YouTube channel, the part that stuck with me most wasn't his revenue number (though $20k MRR at 18 is no joke).

I was impressed by how he got his users.

He didn’t run paid ads or grind on TikTok all day.

He found one creator in his industry with 530,000 followers, sent him a cold DM, and structured a commission deal with him.

Results after month one: $20,000.

That's the whole play.

Find the person your ideal customer already follows, and get your app in front of them.

But make no mistake. One creator is not enough to scale.

Their audience will saturate and your revenue will flatten.

George saw it coming. While the first creator was still posting, he was already lining up the next ones.

That's how you scale a mobile app with creators.

Find your first creator. Prove it works. Then line up the next one before the first runs dry.

Peace,
Steven
