I built a $1M business without renting an office

My CTO, Yuri, lives in Eastern Europe.

I found him on Upwork years ago. He built Puff Count with me and now he's building Posted.

We've never met in person but I trust him more than any developer.

Most founders think you need everyone in the same room to build something real.

Rent an office in your city, put all your team in there and have mandatory morning meetings nobody cares about.

One thing matters more:

Find the right people and get to know them as people, not just workers.

I ask my team what they do on weekends. What motivates them and what they’re working toward.

Because your team eventually becomes your family.

When you find someone great, keep them across every project you build.
